Scientifically, a truck’s environment is in the category
of low speed aerodynamics; its frontal surface (Size) and desired speed (Velocity) have to be considered to improve the vehicle’s
efficiency - - There are two opposing forces :
1. Displacement
of air while penetrating into an air mass with a solid object having a given frontal surface (because of its Velocity)
2. Vacuum caused by displacing a mass of air
when an object is traveling at highway speed (because of its Size).

action” reducing negative forces (Vacuum) working on the back of the truck cab by producing a "Ram Air Effect" limiting the amount of road dirt normally
drawn up, thereby reducing corrosion and maintenance costs. Also, the virtual non-existence of any vacuum
is creating a user-friendly environment for any cab mounted air filter and van body mounted reefer unit and will assist in
dissipating heat from the new EGR equipped hotter running Diesels. TruckAid LLC’s Air Deflectors are inexpensive and can be installed onto
most truck roofs with a variety of brackets from a “Clamp-On Gutter Mount System” to “Heavy-Duty DayCab
Mounts”.

manufactured of white color impregnated salt water marine quality polyester fiberglass (no painting necessary - but can
be painted if needed) and are light weight and virtually indestructible - - They are available
